Pretty good but the tend to run out of stock a lot... I think they really need to re-check their inventory so they can order more. The Woolworths shoppers for online delivery don't listen to instructions.. my child is allergic to egg, peanuts and dairy... I specifically asked for allergy substitute and the shopper brang banana porridge with milk in it... Woolworths please fix the issues.

Poor customer service from the girl at the deli. She was cleaning and had her back to me. I said hello to get her attention and she didn’t seem interested or acknowledged I was waiting. There was very little of what I wanted to purchase, I asked if there was more she said no. I asked if she could check out back and she said there’s no more! Shoutout to Suraj who went above and beyond, brought out a whole box!

Lady working self serve checkouts today 24 Jan 2024 at approx 2.30pm accused my mother (44) of stealing an extra item of the product she was buying she counted 5 items when there was 6 on the screen. The woman working self checkout realised she was wrong and did not bother to apologise for her mistake and had an attitude and carried on. Do not hire people who cannot correct themselves if they made a mistake or cannot do their job and count properly on a screen.

Line went from self checkout to the very back of the store and around the corner, shall we open a checkout or do anything about it? "Nope" It wasn't even busy just useless management lol

This place is a health hazard go to any other Woolworth's instead!! At the kallangur woolworths stock rotation is horrible, more often than not the stock on the shelves are old. Some of my unpleasant experiences have been finding the cheese I just bought has mold on it, my drink being half a year old and my peanut butter being stale because the use by date was over a year ago. If you value your health I wouldn't eat anything from this store. This is disgusting do better woolies kallangur. Going to Cole's from now on I wouldn't spend another cent here... Side note, the peanut butter in the photo was bought on the 21st September 2023

I would just like to thank all the staff at Woolworths as my Besty Kelly and Derek from Darwin, organised shopping for me and my family while I am sick thank you so much for organising my pick up and being so kind and thoughtful I am truly grateful for Woolworths and Kelly and Derek.
